Saad UG Workspace is a private document workspace operated by Saad UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Access is limited to users invited by an administrator.

Information we use

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We use this information only to authenticate you, maintain your workspace account, and enforce access permissions.

The service stores documents, project information, and files uploaded by authorized users. Attachments are stored in a private DigitalOcean Spaces bucket.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with hosting providers needed to operate the service or when legally required. Workspace data is retained while the account or business need remains and may be deleted by an administrator.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting saad@saad-ug.com. You can also revoke Google account access in your Google Account security settings.
